It was okey if not for the owner who talks a little loud when explaining issues.

The food at the restuarant was good and staff were willing to assist

One must ask room to be cleaned before it will be and they were a little harsh with check out time by turning of electrical and wifi connection

This Hotel was assessed as 4 star Hotel when I ve booked and I was shocked when I arrived in and I saw the conditions. Very poor breakfast, Was the worst experience I faced during my trip to Thailand. The photos which are put on Booking website are absolutely not adequate to reality!

The pool was nice, also relatively close to sky train.

The pool was nice, also relatively close to sky train. The staff was also nice.

The room was small and kind of dirty. The bathroom was very small and our A/C didn’t work well at all. The train is right next to you so you can hear it every time is goes by. No safe box either. The pictures are not what the place actually looks like at all, it’s much older and broken down.

FORGET THIS HOTEL

A great disappointment. Booked this hotel when i read that this was the best hotel one of your guests had stayed at. Wondering if he had ever stayed at a hotel before. The pictures posted on your website show how nice everything is. The truth when you get there is something else. See attached pictures. You write nothing about the railway being right next to the hotel. Not just one but two. Both the sky train and the regular train Had intended to stay here for several days, but luckily, I had only paid for two nights. If you like very noisy at night from the trains, you can try this. But my advice is. . FORGET THIS HOTEL

Good price but do not expect at all what you see on the pictures!! Dirty small swimming pool in the middle of the creepy parking, this place have no right to be called « boutique resort », I would Not recommend this place

Good comfortable room, fairly close to the airport.

Good comfortable room, fairly close to the airport. Great place to get a good sleep if you have an early morning flight the next day.

Getting from the hotel to the city center takes forever. The hotel is not that close to the Lat Krabang station and the area is not particularly suitable for walking around; it's best to take a taxi or tuk-tuk (~80 Baht). The hotel doesn't provide much information about the city or public transit.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My flight arrived at 10 pm I emailed Nest twice to inform them of this but they didn’t andwer me. When I arrived around 1130 a.m., I noticed 2 things: 1. A sign daying "guest services 24 hours" and 2 A closed lobby. I called the phone number they provided, and i could hear it ring on the desk of the closed lobby. The next day i talked to the staff girl, who refused to issue me a refund. My guess is she's been sleeping on the job in one of the guest rooms, and doesn’t want the owner to find out. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I never got a chance to find out.

Bad communication, unfriendly staff, non realistic pictures!!

The bed and room were okay

We emailed them if we could come earlier as we would not spend the night. No reaction. We arrived and we have to pay extra for coming earlier. Very non friendly woman behind the counter, not willing to think with you. Oh and the pool is not a pool it is a small childerens thingie. Not worth mentionning a pool. Conclusion, nad decission coming there, never again for us

What was the highlight of Nest Boutique Resort

Sets unrealistic expectations

Very basic breakfast, working Wi-Fi once you got connected to one, shuttle to the airport, and one staff member helped me with my luggage both at check in and check out. Cost us around 20$ cad per person including breakfast and airport shuttle.

The photos set completely unrealistic expectations. It's located at the end of an alley in a dodgy area right next to both the bts and train lines with the latter being very loud and both passing frequently. The (closed while we were there) karaoke place and little restaurant were far better upkept than the hotel itself. The entry has tiny dirty aquariums, an empty fish foot spa tank and a broken down tuktuk. There is no lift, the pool is tiny and in the parking area . The building itself is dingy and dark with mosquitos and the room we had had stains on the walls, missing paint, broken outlets, the fridge would turn off randomly due to the outlet being wobbly. The bed was uncomfortable but clean. The balcony was uncomfortable. There were only very limited food options within walking distance. Everyone staying there kind of looked the same, disappointed.

The bed sheets was clean.

The bed sheets was clean. The beer was cold. The transfer to the airport was almost on time.

Next to two busy rail roads. Very noisy. Very thin walls. Can hear the neighbours private life. No lift. Swimming pool very small and added as an after thought. Difficult access. The hotel started as a low cost apartment complex common in the area. The adaption of the building to a decent hotell was likely very costly so it wasn't done correctly.

Very close to the airport. Lots of little street food places in the alley. Clean and comfortable. Salt water pool. Close to Pareo mall lots of stores and restaurants. For the price this is excellent.

My family and I don’t like this hotel

Nothing around the hotel, no restaurant no stores. If you just stay one night should be ok. If you stay 2 nights or above. I don’t recommen this hotel. All facilities are poor.
